Iaso Detox Tea
Iaso is a tea often used as a mild detox. It contains nine herbs known to help flush harmful toxins from your body. These ingredients include; ginger, holy thistle, blessed thistle, papaya, marshmallow leaves and roots, myrrh, malva leaves from the Chinese mallow, chamomile and persimmon leaves. Iaso tea contains no stimulants such as caffeine and is not a laxative.
Benefits of Iaso Tea
The flavonoids found in many teas have been found to lower the risk of certain cancers by inhibiting free radicals and some carcinogens. Tea also promotes programmed cell death, or apoptosis. As it inhibits the rate of cell division, that in turn, decreases the growth of abnormal cells. (Cancer is the growth of abnormal cells.)
Extensive studies have shown tea to be helpful in lowering cholesterol levels. This includes both serum cholesterol and LDL. The studies showed that five or more cups of tea a day led to the biggest drops on the cholesterol levels.
It’s becoming increasingly well known that inflammation can be connected to a wide range of ailments such as arthritis, metabolic syndrome, and depression. The active compounds found in tea help lower levels of inflammation. This can be related to heart problems since cardiovascular disease can be directly linked to inflammation. Thus we can assume that drinking tea is good for heart health in addition to overall health of the entire body.
Quercetin is a flavonol that is found in tea which eases histamine response. Histamine is responsible for the body’s natural allergic reaction to certain allergens such as pollens. (Which is why antihistamines are purchased over-the-counter for relief of allergies and cold symptoms.) Tea becomes the natural, healthy alternative to drugs.
Oxidation of free radicals in the body is a process that increases risk for diseases such as heart disease, cancer, Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s. Tea just happens to have the ingredients needed to fight free radicals.
Tea is high in oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC), which tells us that it helps destroy free radicals in the body. Our bodies are designed to fight free radicals on their own, but they’re not always totally effective, plus the fact that we live in a toxic world that continually adds to the free radical levels. Tea can be part of the answer in the daily fight to rid our bodies of harmful free radicals.

How Does it Help With Weight Loss
These days, many of us are struggling to cutting our weight down to size. If you want to lose some weight, then a good detox plan is a great way to start. Best of all, you can get results quickly – losing 10 pounds in 10 days is a realistic possibility. Flushing away toxins and parasites will help you achieve the figure you desire in an incredibly short amount of time.
Weight loss may be an elusive thing for you. If you’ve tried one diet after another in the hopes of finally and successfully losing weight, but end up tired and weighing heavier than before, then maybe you haven’t come across detox diet plans yet.
The word ‘detox’ is derived from the word ‘detoxification’, which is a process through which you eliminate harmful objects, organic or inorganic, from your body. If you are obese, your body contains many toxins and needs to be purged to lose weight.
Detoxification is a process through which you transform your eating habits from harmful to less harmful. If you are motivated and determined to lose weight the natural way, then you can actually start the process of detoxification. Don’t stop eating, just change your eating habits. Remove all the bad agents like fast food and fat rich diets. Add naturally available foods in the form of different vegetables and fruits.
In the body we have different types of fat. One is the subcutaneous fat – this is fat that lodges right under the skin. But we also have what is known as visceral fat – this is the belly fat that builds up around the organs. Of the two, it’s the latter that is more harmful. It can cause inflammation and insulin resistance which are linked to serious diseases such as type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
The studies done on weight loss effects of tea emphasize the fact that it’s the harmful visceral fat that is lost, which is great news. Now we’re back to pointing out the importance of good health as well as weight loss. This type of weight loss can mean a reduced risk of killer diseases, which can lead to a longer and healthier life.
Our modern processed foods lack most of the essential enzymes we need to digest and process nutrients. Iaso Tea replenishes these enzymes. The 1st use normally results in a cleansing of the intestinal tract. Maintenance use flushes built up toxins resulting in better digestion, higher metabolism and weight loss.
All the enzymes that used to be in our food to give us colon health have been destroyed with modern processing of foods and pasteurization of dairy products. Now we can get back to enjoying perfect colon health!
